Rob Ratchinsky has an extremely unique background, growing up in parts of Canada, Europe, Africa and the US, before graduating from the University of Victoria in Canada. He began his career at Anadarko Petroleum, where he worked alongside portfolio, marketing, production and reserves teams. He then moved to the operations side, focusing specifically on the bond between safety and performance.

He left Anadarko in 2011 to become the Vice President of Operations for Engage Management, a boutique consulting company for oil and gas operators. He managed multiple consulting teams across the US market including North Dakota, Utah, Oklahoma and the Gulf of Mexico. With an experienced background in statistics Rob focused on sharing operational data at the field level, providing crews the information they required to create their own goals and success KPI’s. In 2016, he Co-Founded ENGAGE, a digital field management platform that allows operators to schedule, track, manage and approve their field transactions. He currently acts as the CEO of ENGAGE and has built the company into the market leader for digitizing the oilfield.

Thought leadership has always been a passion for Ratchinsky. You will regularly find him speaking at technology conferences which help educate the energy sector. Over the years, Rob has spent countless hours volunteering his time and raising money for charitable organizations.
