Catalog Management & Syndication
The OFS Portal Catalog tool is a secure data management and syndication system that provides a standard way to send contractually agreed upon pricing for goods and services to operators. Multi-client and multi-tenant, the Catalog tool supports any number of supplier-operator relationships, however complex.
The OFS Portal Catalog Management tool is not a marketplace to sell products and services. It is a streamlined and standardized tool that our Members and Community Operators use to exchange price books for an existing commercial contract in a secure manner.
Currently implemented with over 90 operators and available to all operators in the OFS Portal Community, the Catalog tool provides a streamlined, standardized process that results in reduced costs. Supplier managed pricebooks are syndicated through the OFS Portal Catalog tool and received by operators in standard formats including PIDX XML.
